Margaret E McVeigh MA Ed. B Ed. Dip.Th.


Margaret is a former teacher with significant experience in teaching and management roles in education over three decades.  

She also has wide experience in the voluntary sector in senior management roles including Chief Executive of Springboard for Children – a literacy charity. Margaret has been a Licensed Lay Reader in the Church of England since 2003 and is currently licensed as a Lay Reader in the Diocese of Down and Dromore in Northern Ireland.  

She is an experienced speaker and has broadcast regularly on Premier Christian Radio in London. Margaret has led a leadership development course for young people aspiring to public office in local and national government. She has also had experience in the realm of politics and has many contacts in the UK parliament. She is a member of the Conservative Party.

Margaret has spent most of her life working with young people of all ages in both the education sector and in voluntary/church organisations. She passionately believes in supporting and empowering young people to achieve their full potential.
